Kick off your Thanksgiving morning with joy, movement, and meaning at the 2026 Arlington Turkey Trot—a festive 5K and 1-mile fun run/walk that’s now an official part of the Arlington Marathon Series! This high-energy, family-friendly event brings together runners, walkers, and supporters of all ages for a race that gives back.
Whether you're racing for a personal best or strolling with your kids in a turkey hat, the Turkey Trot is more than just a run—it’s a Thanksgiving morning ritual for families across North Texas.
The 2025 Arlington Turkey Trot was a grand success—a sold-out morning filled with families, friends, and runners who brought Choctaw Stadium to life at sunrise. This tradition has long been part of Arlington, and we were simply grateful to help carry it forward with renewed energy and community support.
For 2026, we’re committed to making the experience even better—more space, smoother flow, more moments for families to enjoy, and an even stronger impact for the Miracle League of Arlington. The event is presented through the One Step Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to serving the Arlington community.
If you plan to join us next year, we encourage you to register early. With the way this year filled up, 2026 is expected to grow even bigger.
