U.S. Renal Care

The Kidney Foundation of WNY has and continues to provide a tremendous amount of support to those impacted by kidney disease. The KFWNY has assisted many USRC patients financially. In addition, they have & continue to assist with nutritional supplements as well as transportation for dialysis patients who have no other options. It's our time to give back!
